Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty: Discount Hot Tubs USA offers a 2-year warranty on all spas covering parts and labor. This warranty begins on the date of purchase.
Service Request: If a service request is made during the warranty period, there will be a trip charge of $150 for each service visit. A service fee will not apply if the service call is within the first 90 days from the date of purchase.
Warranty Limitations: The warranty does not cover wear and tear on parts or sun warping on the cabinet.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, including but not limited to, freezing, chemical abuse, or electrical surges. It also does not cover improper installation, alternations, or modifications.
Liability: Discount Hot Tubs USA is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to, personal injury or property damage.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, where Discount Hot Tubs USA is located.
Changes: Discount Hot Tubs USA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
