Installation Steps:
STEP 1
Find Your Sweet Spot
You’ll need a flat place large enough to accommodate the base of your tub. Gravel, dirt, or reinforced wood structures all work just fine.
All of our tubs have their dimensions shown. They even come with steps!
STEP 2
Connect the Juice (220V)
We’ve got a handy PDF for your electrician. You know that outlet for your dryer? You need something similar so your tub can get hot fast.
*Plug-N-Play hot tubs use 110V and can skip this step.
STEP 3
Meet Your New Best Friend
Our tubs come pre-assembled. When yours arrives, have movers or a hot tub install crew ready to help you shift it from your lot line to your pad.
You’ll remove all the wrapping, connect the power, drop a hose in, and be ready in no time!
FAQ
The critical needs are:
- A nice flat spot that will fit the tub of your choice. We have the tubs’ dimensions listed in inches.
- Access to a power supply. “Standard” tubs use a 220v outlet. “Plug n Play” use a normal 110v. Choose what makes sense.
- Water. Any hose will do.
- Movers or hot tub installers. We deliver to your property. You’ll need some muscle to get your tub into your garden, onto your deck, etc.
We ship from Utah to your door. We include the cost of shipping in your electronic invoice. We’ll be happy to calculate it for once we know your address.
Tubs are shipped sealed with all parts inside including covers and stairs if part of the package.

Like many things, price in hot tubs is just branding. Founder Steve Terry is sticking by his motto of “Hot tubs for everyone.”
Parts, materials, and quality are all the same as you’ll find in more expensive tubs of the same size. Steve just went to the trouble of getting distribution rights in the US and already knew a lot about shipping heavy stuff from his other businesses.
A two-year warranty is included on parts and materials. It does not cover misuse.
Take care of your tub and you’ll have an awesome place to relax for a lot longer than that.
A well-maintained hot tub can lasts for decades.
Some suggestions:
- Either winterize your tub or run it when temperatures are below freezing. Water expanding into ice breaks pipes, fittings, etc. on pretty much everything.
- Keep the PH maintained.
- Keep the tub on level ground. They’re designed to have their weight evenly distributed.
- Keep it covered when not in use. You don’t want animals doing animal things in your tub.
In general, use common sense!
Yes, our tubs use widely available parts.
Once you’re well past your warranty, you may need to replace jets, LEDs, etc.
You can use a hot tub repair service in your area.
