Our Story
“Outdoor therapy” is just part of Founder Steve Terry’s nature.
Maybe that’s not surprising given that he calls Utah home. Not all of us are surrounded by some of the world’s most breathtaking national parks, ski slopes, The Great Salt Lake, & more.
He’s also what’s known as a serial entrepreneur and been very successful building luxury homes and later launching his own line of specialty outdoor business equipment. Although he has an office, it’s not really his jam.
Like most entrepreneurs, Steve’s had periods of stress. He’s also a proud father (his boys are entrepreneurial as well).
With the above in mind, you shouldn’t be surprised that Steve purchased his first hot tub decades ago.
And he loved what it brought to the equation.
When he was stressed, he could turn up the jets and let them work their magic on the knots in his back or have a cocktail and catch up with his other half.
For the kids, it was a great place to hang out with friends.
And for everyone, it was super comfortable even during Utah’s snowy winters.
And not surprisingly, Steve had a couple thoughts:

So he sought out original manufacturers to get a better understanding of why the hot tub market was a bit underdeveloped and they agreed and formed a distribution deal on the spot.
Steve’s hunch has proven correct. Everyone loves having a hot tub and the exact same quality can be found for significantly less than most people will find if they seek out a retailer in their local market.
